Booking & Orders

You can place an order through our website or by calling us directly. Once confirmed, your date and rentals will be secured.

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance to ensure availability, but we'll always do our best with last-minute requests.

Yes, we have a minimum order amount for deliveries. Smaller orders can still be picked up from us directly.

Delivery & Setup

Yes! We handle delivery and pickup for all rentals. Fees may vary depending on your location.

Setup is available for an additional fee. Standard delivery includes drop-off at your location.

Extra labor fees may apply if your setup location requires unusual effort (stairs, long distances, etc.).

We deliver throughout the greater Los Angeles area, including San Fernando Valley, Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena, and surrounding communities. Delivery is free within 20 miles of our location, with additional charges for longer distances. Contact us for specific delivery rates to your area.

Payments & Deposits

Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance is due before or upon delivery.

We accept cash, Zelle, and major credit cards.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before your event may receive a partial refund. Orders canceled closer to the event may forfeit the deposit.

Yes, changes can be made up to 48 hours before delivery, depending on availability.

Damages & Responsibilities

Normal wear and tear is fine, but significant damage or missing items may result in replacement charges.

Yes, please remove decorations and trash. Linens should be shaken free of debris but do not need to be washed.

Products & Options

We offer rectangular, round, and cocktail tables in different sizes to fit your event needs.

We currently offer standard white folding chairs and white resin chairs.

Yes, linens are available for rent in various colors and sizes.

We still deliver as scheduled. If you'd like to cancel or reschedule due to weather, standard cancellation policies apply.
